It is already April and not much has changed, sales have been slow in The Compass Lake community overall but I have seen that prices are starting to honestly level off and the average price for vacant land has stayed the same so far this year.

If you are a buyer then its a great time to purchase a peice of Land in Compass Lake in the Hills before prices start to go up.  I do not expect prices to jump up until the New Airport is Completed at the end of 2009 or the start of 2010.

I have had some activity in regards to buyers looking in the Compass Lake In The Hills Community over the last couple of months but no sales have been generated by those buyers who said they were looking to purchase. Most buyers are looking everything over really good before making a new purchase in this economy but I do expect buyers to start buying again since prices are still very low for the area and if you look at what is going to happen to this area overall in the next 5 years prices will climb again.
